How is the correct way to contact a company, and show the services I provide? Is a first telephone call the best way, or I need to avoid this and invest more in ads waiting interested companies enter in contact?

I think telephone call a invasive approach, but it seems the major companies do this way.

Make 1 million telemarketing phone calls! Once YOU have figured out how to present and sell your product over the phone, you could put 30-40 people in a room to make 200-300 calls per day for 5-6 months and make 1 million calls. There's a reason major companies use telemarketing, even if the response rate is only 1%. BTW, 1% of 1 million is 10,000. – frenchie Aug 10 '12 at 17:27
Thanks @frenchie. I know this numbers and I agree with you. I think this combined with the blunder's answer is the best approach. – Ed Pichler Aug 10 '12 at 19:28

You should personally try to rapidly test as many sales/marketing approaches as possible. The key is to reach the right people, at the right time, and with the right message. You might be surprised, but under the right circumstances, people are happy to get a cold call. The key is doing research, understanding your market, and the person you're calling.

Just pick up the phone and call 100 people, you have nothing to lose by trying it.
