I'm have a few Android apps and would like to begin to monetize them with TapJoy

When filling in the Payment Information form, one of the fields that should be filled is Tax ID. I'm outside of U.S., and for international users it states: "Please enter in whatever ID number is used by your country's tax authority"

I'm not sure I fully understand this statement. First of all, I do not own a business company, I have just a few apps that I did in my spare time, and want to monetize them.

The statement "Please enter in whatever ID number is used by your country's tax authority" suggests me that there should be a unique Tax ID per my country, am I right?

And let say, if there are 2 independent developers, then both would fill in the same Tax ID, correct?

Also, if the above is correct, usually from where I can know what is that ID.

What is your country? Every country has its own system of identification, and you must use some ID to pay your taxes. – littleadv Jul 10 '12 at 20:06
Moldova is the country. And that ID is global, or issued per person? Once again, I don't own a business, just independent developer. Should I open a company, in order to get a tax ID? – VGREC Jul 10 '12 at 20:09

So don't you have a personal identification number in Moldova? Check here for more info: fisc.md/en/lege/fiscrm/1 – littleadv Jul 10 '12 at 20:21
I believe we have everything in order to do such operations, the problem is that I'm so new and lost into this area, that I even don't know where to ask, and how properly ask it. Thank you for the link provided. – VGREC Jul 10 '12 at 20:50
