I'm thinking to provide to my users the ability to receive some information on their phones for the sake of simplicity lets pretend that is a newsletter, so... once a month (user will decide the frequency) the user will receive an SMS on their phones with the "newsletter".
- It is possible charge for the service as in a portion of the cost of the SMS ?
- What type of business/developer should I start to look to develop the "APP" (qualifications/expertise).
- Do I require any special arrangement with a phone provider ?
I know the question can have answers that can be specific for a country or region so I will appreciate broad answers, or at least not offering something that can be found on one single country ;)
