We have product hosted in Cloud Server.Now when we speak to our prospects some of them have concerns on how safe and secure is Cloud. What is the best way to convince them that hosting in cloud server is safe.?

The answers, the most useful answers to you regarding this will probably actually come from those prospects, i would say that an opportunity is staring you in the face right there, they have concerns so you need to find out why, from them, they are your target market, have they had a bad experience or believing rumours or something else? You might be missing the point that they already tell you of their problem, now its your chance to delve deeper with them. – user14718 Apr 12 '12 at 14:30

If you have a product, I assume you think it is "safe", and so why do you think that?

There have been numerous high-profile cases where cloud companies have been unavailable, due to outages, human error, etc, so clearly it is not entirely safe.

It is all relative, of course.
