We are developing back-end web services for app developers. We developed Windows Phone 7 client and working on clients for other platforms. How can we reach developers (especially Windows Phone 7) to use our product considering we don't have a budget for advertisement?

If you don't want to spend money, I would suggest let people try your software for free. To do this you can simply start a discussion on an internet forum for WP7 geeks (there're plenty of them) or other forums for developers. But there is one thing you can't do - you can't say you have a new product which is caled X and you look for people to give it a try as this would be considered as spam. Just let people know you're loking for betta testers and leave your email address. You should do blogging and do technology evangelism to create awareness of your project. If you have money you can advertise too.

Since you are developing Windows applications are you part of Microsoft's free BizSpark program?

They do many things to help you find customers such as featuring the startup of the day, listing you in their directory, having meetings etc. – JonnyBoats Feb 13 '12 at 12:15
