I am looking for a shared calendar which works via Outlook, iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Web browser which will allow separate coloured entries for each user each person must be able to see each others or just their own schedule?

Does anyone know of any web apps which do this?

Check out flow!

It would be a little pricy for all 7 of you to have a copy, but I got my team set up on Flow when AppSumo had a deal, and its great.

You and your team can run the 14-day free trial and see if you like it. We only had it for a couple days when we decided to pull the trigger.

Great ability to delegate tasks and keep an eye on team progress.

I was looking for something specifically that does require a gmail account :\ Ill update the question :) – Chris Dowdeswell Jan 11 '12 at 13:18
You don't need to have a GMail account. Google Accounts work with any email (just like Yahoo accounts). – dnbrv Jan 11 '12 at 13:21
Thanks, it doesn't seem to allow syncing of all employees events, it will only sync your calendar to outlook, is there anyway to sync all subscribed calendars? – Chris Dowdeswell Jan 11 '12 at 14:56
We pay for Google Apps $5 per user a month. Worth it... and yeah I can see anyones calendars. – Ryan Doom Jan 12 '12 at 4:58
If your company is small (10 users or less) Google Apps is free. – JonnyBoats Jan 12 '12 at 7:16
