I am soon going to release an affiliate program for my online service.

I have built the affiliate tracking code, etc. into the existing web app - I did not purchase 3rd party affiliate tracking software.

I understand that there are websites that list affiliate programs where you are required to use their tracking software. Are there any places on the web where I can advertise/list my affiliate program which contains custom affiliate tracking code?

You can use the existing affiliate marketplaces such as commission junction, clickbank, and others. Also, if your site is setup for it, make sure your existing members are automatically invited or turned into affiliates.

Having multiple levels of affiliates helps too. So if an affiliate refers a sub affiliate, they get a small share of what that affiliate produced.
