As the title says I need to read e-commerce and e-payment related laws of the following countries: Canada, USA, European Union, Philipinnes, South Korea, UK, China.

Links are appreciated?

My google foo is not so good on this topic.

One more thing, you might want to check this out. openweb.or.kr/?page_id=22 This in nothing to do with e-commerce laws per se, but this helps you to learn more about unfortunate e-commerce cultures in South Korea. While not legally binding, PCI Compliance is the standard for payment processing in the US and most banks, insurance companies, etc. will request a PCI audit for assurance that e-commerce payments are being handled properly by a site owner.
