As the title says I need to read e-commerce and e-payment related laws of the following countries: Canada, USA, European Union, Philipinnes, South Korea, UK, China.

One more thing, you might want to check this out. openweb.or.kr/?page_id=22 This in nothing to do with e-commerce laws per se, but this helps you to learn more about unfortunate e-commerce cultures in South Korea. I'm starting a business in Korea, and this helped me a lot. – Ryan Rho Jan 13 '12 at 1:43

While not legally binding, PCI Compliance is the standard for payment processing in the US and most banks, insurance companies, etc. will request a PCI audit for assurance that e-commerce payments are being handled properly by a site owner.
