Amazon like business model?

Question

I am trying to create a business plan for educational purposes. I found this plan through wikipedia and it is quite interesting. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/10/Business_Model_Canvas.png

My question is where can I find a sample of this to guide me ?

There is also a short video here. It is from the http://businessmodelgeneration.com/ and here is their book preview. Is this what you meant ?
