What is the reasonable rate for a landing page design?

How much would it cost me to get a unique landing page designed. I am only talking about the PSD part. PSD to HTML/CSS would be done in-house. Thanks

We pay around $100 - $130 for a concept in PSD format, and that includes conversation with the artist to get something we want.

	Copyright: by default it will be the artist, but there is nothing stopping you from creating a (very short and simple) agreement to transfer copyright to yourself. – Paul Filmer Nov 9 '11 at 22:29
