Are there any web based performance management sites for a small business? We need to be able to have our employees take a self review at the end of the year and have a reviewer rate their performance.

Rypple is a pretty good tool for feedback and performance reviews. It focuses a bit more on frequent feedback though (which, imo, is better than yearly reviews). |
