Information about product:

I have SaaS product. This is mobile app client that works along with server side application. I plan to charge per month for this service. There is some training involved (should I charge for it?) I expect client to pay one time fee for setup as well.

I would like to know what kind of information about product should I post on website. Do I need pricing on website? How much details do I need to put? Looking at competition - there is not much on their websites. Most just say something in general and ask you to contact their sales to schedule demo.

Referring to already closed question can't help me to answer it. Please consider writing clear and constructive question. – Ross Jul 1 '11 at 14:15
@Ross I think site format more suited to technical questions. If I start asking small questions - that's going to be like an interview. Originally I was looking for advice in which direction to go. – katit Jul 1 '11 at 14:30
This does not mean you should ask questions that nobody understands. You should explain in detail all information necessary to answer the question not referring to some other question with a lot of information. Please consider rewriting it. – Ross Jul 1 '11 at 15:29
@Ross Done. I think without going deep into what product does it should give good general idea on what it is. – katit Jul 1 '11 at 15:37

  1. What are the benefits (how will it meet my needs)
  2. How much does it cost
  3. What does it look like

Then give me a clear, obvious way to buy it.
