Have you guys heard of freeregisteredagent.com? They offer free registered agent service for first year, and $99 thereafter. Is that for real? Is it a scam? Has anyone used them before?

newyuppie, check out tinyurl.com/24yb77p and shoot them an email about your Delaware RA need and price comparison. Registered agent services are standard for many business filing companies – Henry the Hengineer Nov 17 '10 at 12:07

We have used Corporate Filing Solutions LLC (www.filingsmadeeasy.com) in multiple states. They provide fantastic service and their rates are significantly less than the larger national services.

I've used Delaware Business Services, Inc. for a few years and have no complaints. They are just $50/yr and are very good at reminding you to pay DE Taxes. Check them out.

We've been using them for 10 years, no problems at all. They do business as "Harvard Business Services." There's only one "gotcha" you should watch out for... they like to send you an offer every year to file your Delaware corporate taxes for a "reasonable" fee. Filing Delaware taxes is so easy (a simple web form) that this service is completely worthless, so don't fall for it. – Joel Spolsky Nov 19 '10 at 3:27
