  • Virtual assistants.

    It might not be the answer you are looking for but it has worked for me. I finally decided trying a virtual assistant to help with some of my repetitive tasks after reading this blog post.

  • TweetDeck It allows you to post messages to various social networks and the one feature I love and helps with "automation" is the ability to schedule updates.

  • Posterous just send an email to post@posterous.com, attach videos, photos, files and this service will automatically make a nice looking page with all the content. You also have the option to send all of the content you email to post@posterous.com to email addresses, twitter, facebook, etc...
