I vaguely remember hearing something on TechCrunch maybe about a startup that offers call tracking software for local businesses? Anybody know what it might be?

If not, any good companies (preferably startups bc I like working with them a lot more than older software companies) that offer local business services? Thanks much,

Hey Jeff, generally the customer service is better. And theyre much more responsive to customer feedback re: their product. At least the good ones are. I was having an issue with Freshbooks the other day, called them up and it was just a guy on the phone who was very helpful. – jim_shook Jun 16 '10 at 16:31
