Does anyone know where I might find a basic template for the legal/small print for an ISV partner programme?

I will suggest talking to a lawyer about this, yes it costs money but it is one of the things you want to spend money on. – Ricardo Oct 24 '09 at 1:22

They have too many. It was a sea of uselessness for me. How does one wade through all the mess and find anything useful there? – TimJ Dec 26 '09 at 4:45

I have prepared that type of agreement for a number of clients.

In my experience, the agreements tend to be quite specific based on the industry and the particular company involved; I'm not sure whether you can find anything online that would be a close fit for your situation.

Your answer amounts to "it depends" and "use a lawyer". Why are you so afraid that it would be interpreted as legal advice? – Denis Hennessy Dec 11 '09 at 19:19
because he is a lawyer... – TimJ Dec 26 '09 at 4:46
