A Business Productivity Online Suite is a set of hosted communications and collaboration solutions that are delivered to you as a subscription. This suite of services enables organizations of all sizes to improve their business productivity without the need to maintain a complex IT infrastructure of their own.

If you are unfamiliar with the benefits of the Microsoft Productivity Online Suite, I'd like to provide a link for you to learn more about it, and take a test drive.

Typically vague words like "productivity solutions" are just a symptom of the marketing department in a larger company being unable to express precisely what they do, and why I should care. That's quite common.

Jason Fried recently wrote a good blog post lamenting business speak. Jason Cohen, one of our hosts here, had a good blog post about acting your size.

I think it's terribly important for early stage companies not to be bland, boring, unremarkable. Bland business-speak is an effective way to send customers away.

Its a marketing term. Redprairie is just another warehouse management software company offering its services as SaaS. Just like hundred others.

And we really dont need yet another "Business Productivity Online Suite" definition.
